    I looking at building a new pc this is my list I am thinking of if people see something better let me no last computer I made was with a q6600 quad core with p35 motherboard

    If you want AMD get the ryzen chip, not that one. Their 4 and 6 core parts are due out soon and will eat that "8-core" alive.

    The build looks like a nice little budget build for great 1080p gaming

    My housemate uses the 480 G1 Gaming, no complaints so far!

    AMD Ryzen 5 1600 - $319 (Should overclock to the same as the more expensive 1600x)

    Gigabyte GA-AX370-Gaming K3 - $249.00 (cheapest motherboard with an external clock generator)

    Cpu cooler is included with the 1600.

    As for DDR4 ram you want samsung B die:

    the quad core is noticeably slower.
